Unbeatable location, just a pleasant stroll away from Marina Real Juan Carlos I. New-fashioned and a nice size rooms with incredibly beautiful views of the beach.

Charming hotel in a great and amazing location near the marina, greatly enjoyed this place. Location: the property was so close to very close to bus station as well as the city center and city of arts & sciences.

The staff, location, comfortable beds, good breakfast, great value for the money, nice beach nearby.

The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to major attractions. The staff had great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable with great working Wi-Fi, which was perfect for staying connected with family and friends.

The walls in the room were thin and not soundproofed, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The room had a cigarette smell which was unpleasant.

Secondly, the location was fantastic, being close to both the marina and the beach. We enjoyed exploring the nearby bars and restaurants, and the easy access to public transport made getting around the city a breeze. Lastly, the staff were exceptional, with Elia, Ruben, and Lorena going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A big thank you to them!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The spacious rooms, complete with a fridge, were perfect for our needs, especially with a baby. The small balcony was a lovely bonus, offering a great view of the surroundings. The location was ideal, being close to both the marina and the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the old city. Additionally, the proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. It was only a 10-minute walk away, allowing for leisurely strolls along the beautiful coastline. The rooms themselves were comfortable and had lovely balconies with great views. It was a delight to relax and soak in the atmosphere from the privacy of my own balcony. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day. With a variety of options and attentive service, it truly set the tone for the rest of my stay.

We loved exploring the area around the hotel, which was conveniently located within a short walk of the beach and the nearby harbor. The view outside of our window was stunning, and the room was well-equipped and cozy. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who made us feel right at home during our stay.

The walls between the rooms were quite thin, which meant that we were sometimes disturbed by noise from other guests.
